I must say my experience at this restaurant called which wich was magnificent. I can’t accurately express how great the customer service was. I was greeted warmly from the moment I walked in the door, it was very clean and organized. I was unsure of what my stomach was making of my appetite, but to say the least the young guy preparing my sandwich asked the perfect questions to help guide me in the right direction. It ended up being the best build your own sandwich concoction I’ve ever tasted. Lastly, I tried to personally offer a tip to the manager and he refused and suggested I take my two little girls for ice cream being it was a beautiful day outside. What a wonderful experience this was...
I love this place and the all crew members of this location specifically the cool dude who takes the register all the time, i’m visiting every this store every 2 days only for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the which which twisted friesThis is the best place to have lunch everyday?Kid-friendliness: The employees give kids some coins to get M&m candyParking: They have some paid parking back there but only this Resturent provides parking validation for two hours.
I honestly love Which Wich but this location is just sheisty! I ordered a sandwich, fries, a regular drink and a bottle of water. I was never given a drink cup so I had to wait in line a second time to ask for a cup that I had paid for and should have been handed. I never received the fries I paid for. They are sheisty and just being lazy. Horrible example of a which wich which is a shame because they are normally awesome.
I 'm a regular at which wich the midtown location and I 've never had a bad sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially Ricky , and the food is always top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sandwich. "Vegetarian options: Black bean avocado sandwich, also they have BYO (Build You Own) so anyone can Build their own sandwiches, I would recommend Black bean avocado.

NEVER AGAIN!!Not only did they not include the chips and juice box that came with the kid's meal; but the food looked and tasted terrible! The kid's grilled cheese sandwich had one small slice of cheese that could barely be seen; and the lettuce and tomatoes on the cold subs were soggy and disgusting.

The food here is horrible. It's like a Quiznos rebranded. The pics look good, but the reality doe's not taste good at all. I really wanted to like it.

Dull crayons on paper bags to order, entire system for selecting sandwich and ingredients is annoying, bread is frozen to start not fresh...
