However, today was a completely different experience. When we arrived, there were a few people ahead of us. We placed our order for three sandwiches and a fry and paid. While my daughter filled her cup from the fountain drink machine, we took a seat. Her order was called first, and the same woman who had caught my attention before brought it to our table.

Instead of handing the food to my daughter where there was plenty of room, this employee chose to reach in front of my face, barely inches away from my arms. We placed our orders but were informed it would take an additional ten minutes because the oven hadn’t been preheated yet. It’s frustrating when a place isn’t ready to serve customers at the announced opening time. While the two women were very sweet, they appeared to be quite elderly and perhaps shouldn’t be working in a fast food environment.
Later, on the train, as we started eating our sandwiches, my girlfriend, who is a vegetarian, bit into hers only to find turkey in it. We both did a BYO (build your own) order and didn’t request any meat. We chose avocado, and turkey is listed on the opposite end of the options, so it wasn’t just a simple mistake.

This is probably the toughest review I’ve ever had to do. Was my sandwich fresh? Yes. Was it all that good? No. For my condiment I requested Honey Mustard. They overloaded the sub with it. Every part of it was soaked (not exaggerating) in honey mustard. Is that what the employee would do to her sandwich at home? I may come in again to try once more. Ladies who worked there were friendly.
Brek is the absolute best! I accidentally ordered at the other location and he called them for me and cancelled it, and then made our order on the house. Another time it was raining and he personally called me and told me to stay in the car and he’d bring the order out. He is genuinely the best person I’ve ever come across in this industry. The foods great too!!

This isn't a high-end sandwich shop, but the ingredients were of good quality and appeared fresh. The generous amount of avocado was a nice touch. The establishment was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I did notice some employees wearing masks below their noses. Overall, the prices felt a bit steep for what was offered.
Never been in a ****. Went to the Westwood location for her mountain dew taste, but I was blown away by the friendly staff only the two of them! Best order take experience I had in a while.
For a $14 sub I would have expected higher quality meat and the veg to be cooked more. This was like eating soggy tissue. Gross flavor, won’t be coming back.
This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it. The food is incredibly good, and the customer service is excellent as well. I will definitely return!

The lovely lady from Lebanon who runs the restaurant was able to prepare a delicious vegan sandwich for me. It tasted great!
