While the food was good, as always, all tables were dirty and we had to use a napkin to clean our table. I asked for extra napkins because we used the two to make our food. I wait on the counter as a person (which just seemed to be standing there?supervising?? asked the person who traveled through to get me napkins, and that was the end of this request. I'll wait there for a few minutes. They were too interested in driving through, not worrying about those who had already paid. I finally went to the bathroom and got some paper towels to wipe off our hands. I'm not sure why I was completely ignored, but I'm not going to do business with this special White Castle again. I have been to this restaurant four times and each time the staff has been friendly, the service fast, and the food served hot. My orders have always been correct. However, if you visit around noon, be prepared for a short wait as it is a busy time for most restaurants. I have never had to wait for a table when I go for lunch unexpectedly.
I have never experienced such exceptional service in all my 32 years of life! This was truly the best meal I have ever had. When we asked for no onions, they actually made it without onions. The food was incredibly fresh and the wait time was short. I am grateful for the outstanding service provided during the late night shift. Thank you!
