White Castle Bowling Green

Staff at White Castle on Scottsville Rd are the best! Our car was driving through and immediately the manager I'm sorry I forgot his name and one of his employees tried to start a jump. Even though their efforts did not lead to our car work, we really appreciate how they looked after our situation and wanted to help, although some of the customers were impatient. Thank you for your great customer service!

I have thru the drive I previously ordered in the app. I picked up my order and came home to find that I have no articles. I didn't want to go all the way back to town, so I got myself by email to companies. A few days later I received a letter in the post with a small gift card and apology. Good customer service!

I love White Castle. So easy. My grandparents took me as a child and every time I eat, it reminds me of them so much of nostalgic feelings. This particular situation was very busy, but they seemed to keep clean standards. The staff was fast and very nice.

Perfect after hours of food! There is always a waiting time and you need to wait to get your food, but it is always fresh. I would rather wait here to get fresh food, then sit and wait in line McDonalds to be the same time for eating old and cold.

Haven't been to White Castle since I was a child so I HAD to stop by. One bite and I was transported back through time...just as I remembered. Yummy! Food was piping hot and very tasty. Thanks for the memories!
