White Castle Hopkins

This was our 10th year going to Valentines Day at this White Castle. Unfortunately it will be our last. The service, speed and friendliness of the experience was lacking. Our waitress was decent, but the manager was quite bad. We and multiple other people were sitting for 10 minutes at the door (despite clearly having several tables open and cleaned), had to ask 3x for our bill, did not get drinks refilled (I got up to go fill them, but then was told by the manager that the staff does that and I should sit. Quite rude). It turned what had been a great tradition into a situation we couldn’t get out of soon enough. Sad...

What a funny Valentine's Day Night! I'm so glad someone told me I had reservations. It was so tight and all the employees were so nice and helpful. Staff really made the evening special. My children loved it and I think it will be a new family tradition!

Reservation process was a complete joke! Nobody knew what was going on. People got tables before the reservation. No structure!
