The staff is extremely friendly and the cold brew is robust and smooth. However, I have consistently experienced long waits of over 20 minutes for my drink. On 7/24 at 12:30, I ordered a cold brew and waited over 25 minutes. It's possible the shop is understaffed or in need of a process/system overhaul. While I appreciate that businesses can get busy, waiting over 20 minutes for a cold brew seems unreasonable. Despite the wait, the coffee was excellent and the staff remained friendly.

This restaurant in the North Country has the best coffee and espresso around. The homemade baked goods are delicious. The staff is amazing, even when they are super busy. While you wait, you can browse for books and then enjoy your coffee by the river.

We discovered a great restaurant on our trip around New England. We stayed at the Gorham Inn down the street after conquering Mt. Washington via Portsmouth.
