White Spot - Réserver une table

We have always loved the White Spot, but the Vernon restaurant doesn 't deserve the title White Spot and Nat Bailey would roll over in his grave if he saw what this sad excuse for a restaurant delivers... We arrived on Sunday at about 11:30 am for lunch. A large sign read Please wait for the hostess to be seated. ...we waited and waited and waited, finally about 10 minutes after our arrival a surly young woman arrived and took us to our table...by this point we could see that the restaurant was 60% full...again, we waited and waited and waited...a server walked by but did not acknowledge our presence....finally a management-type walked by with a coffee pot in his hand...I caught his attentio...

The food is delicious and the staff are awesome, even though they are a bit short staffed everyone here is wonderful. I ate here twice on my recent visit once for Father's Day for lunch for 4 of us and again just my Dad and I. White Spot has always been his favourite and he was delighted. He has severe mobility issues but was treated very kindly by the awesome staff here, who went out of their way to make him comfortable Elizabeth? you rock. Now lets talk food: my Dad had a steak if was perfect, the fries were amazing. I had the turkey and avocado wrap it was excellent. The fish and chips are really good and all the breakfast items looked fantastic. Great selection of beverages and dessert....

Unfortunately we had a very strange and disappointing meal here last week. I have to say that we both ordered the most bizzare happy hour special quesadilla imaginable. A Southwest quesadilla, it was called but there was nothing southwest about it. Imagine a chicken pot pie filling without any cheese, a marinara sauce instead of salsa, and a ranch dressing instead of sour cream. My partner made the mistake of drizzling the whole thing without tasting the concoction and regretted it immediately. It's too bad, because we had a decent meal there once before.

Came on a Sunday for supper. Only 1 server for the whole place. They sat everyone in one corner of the restaurant which was a bit annoying to be honest. It was so HOT, not pleasant sweating in a leather booth. The food was average. My salad had way to much vinegar in the dressing.

I had the legendary burger tasted fantastic, the Caesar salad was perfect, i also tried a Caesar and it was perfectly spicy. definitely would recommend to my friends and family.
