The food is delicious and the service is excellent, but there aren't many options for someone with celiac disease. It's puzzling to have a separate gluten-friendly menu when most items on it are cooked in a shared fryer. On the positive side, the staff is knowledgeable and can inform you about what to avoid, but it raises the question: why even have that menu? It's quite disappointing for those with celiac disease or wheat allergies. Even their nacho chips are deep-fried, which means that typical safe starters on the gluten-free menu are actually not suitable. It's frustrating!

Went there last night with my family to celebrate my hubby's birthday. Everyone was very friendly when we entered the restaurant, and then when we were getting seated. Our waiter, Will, was great and pretty funny. He made our time there very enjoyable. The food that we ordered, duck and tenderloins was amazing and done to perfection, compliments to the chef. On the recommendation of Will, we got the cheese cake, as he staked his life on it lol, and it didn't disappoint. We will be making a reservation for my birthday in February. ;

I had an incredible steak at this restaurant (they offer halal options if you pre-order). Honestly, it was the best steak I've ever tasted. Our waiter, Reuben, was fantastic—he was not only hilarious but also very knowledgeable and attentive. As someone with gluten intolerance, I really appreciated his help in finding gluten-free options. This is truly one of the best dining experiences I've had. I noticed some negative reviews, but I didn't encounter any issues myself. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Waterloo!

My partner and I had a wonderful date night at Wildcraft. The atmosphere was both cozy and elegant, and the staff were friendly, approachable, and attentive to my needs. They offered a generous gluten-friendly menu, which is quite suitable for those with celiac disease, except for the fried items. I absolutely loved the tuna sashimi rice bowl; it was like pure bliss in every bite!

Went to Wildcraft yesterday for my first time. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredible. The food is spectacular. I can't say enough good things. My only complaint is that I haven't gone sooner.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Our server was amazing and made sure we were happy without really bugging us too much. She was positively delightful and made our meal complete! We will be back!
