Came in for dinner with my mum, food was okay. Portion sizing was TERRIBLE! I sent back chips as they werent cooked and still hard and there was barley any in there. The girl was lovley that served me and got me a replacement, i see them talking to the person who was in the kitchen. We got a new replacement they were actually cooked this time but the portion was very little! Not even enough to feed a family of mice!
Food was delicious as always however, on arrival no-one informed us that we needed to go to the till to order today. So we sat there for a while waiting to be served. I ordered a thick strawberry milk shake but received a vanilla milkshake instead that was very thin; it was still tasty though. Service and atmosphere are better at the Wimpy in Loughton.
Feel disappointed, didn't have the wimpy taste burgers where bearly warm, lettuce was still watery so created a soft bun against the burger. Chip portions seemed smaller than normal left feeling hungry. Only came lakeside to get wimpy not sure I'll return. No l9nger seem to offer order at the table service
Visited today as a group of seven. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were advised of promotions and ways we could save money. Food was hot and the milkshakes thick. The food was superb and the service exceeded expectations. Great value for money and will definitely be going back. Réservez une table maintenant
Wimpy has always been one of my favourite places to eat and every time I see one I have to eat in one. I'm always so happy that a contents creator vlogged about all of the in the uk
Customer service fantastic and food always fresh and cooked well. Well priced and restaurant always clean! We highly recommend the breakfasts as they are delicious!
Great service by Owen, welcomed us straight away and sat us down. Prompt with menus and cutlery and make the experience worth it.

Would have eaten here walked by at 7:45pm and chairs where on the tables walked past at 8pm and it was shut!
