Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In warmer months its right behind the best Farmers Market in town (Sunday mornings) and may be busy but its absolutely worth the short wait. Numerous TVs with a variety of sports available for viewing. Brunch is amazing with Mimosas and an amazing offering of entrees. It's hard to pick one. My favorite brunch item is the Winchells Hot Chicken Stack. A literal stack starting with a buttermilk pancake covered in amazing kicking jalapeno cheese grits then 3 juicy Nashville HOT hand breaded chicken strips topped with 2 eggs over medium and pickle spears on the side.... The welcoming and friendly staff create a pleasant atmosphere in this restaurant. During my first visit, I had a great experience. They offer a nice, simple menu featuring classic breakfast items like omelets, bacon, eggs, sausage, and their exclusive "Funny Farm" dish, which I decided to try. My server was outstanding; she asked if it was my first time and provided great recommendations. When I mentioned that I'm not a fan of pepper jack cheese, she was understanding. I definitely plan to return, especially considering the excellent service and reasonable prices. This was my third visit to Winchell’s, and I finally remembered to take some photos of the food! I ordered the smoked brisket and pulled pork enchiladas. I’m a huge fan of Winchell’s coleslaw, which has a unique twist instead of the usual mayo, if I'm not mistaken. Before I dug into my meal, I enjoyed the garnishes. The service was exceptional every time. The prices are very reasonable. If you like the Lexington Diner from Ramsey’s, you should definitely give Winchell’s a try!

wow, I can't believe I was missing on great food and friendly service. that was our first time eating at winchell and eating was great! everything was very hot and delicious. my daughter and my man love the brotpudding that was a plus after a great meal. it was so much that it was lunch and dinner. my daughter bought her first bardrinks this day. definitely will visit with more friends and family. be careful. The staff was friendly, and the music was at a perfect volume, allowing us to have a nice conversation. I ordered the BLT with extra bacon on a tangy bread, and it was delicious, served with homemade chips. The carrot cake was also fantastic—you definitely need to try it when you visit!

The staff was pleasant, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the prices for breakfast were quite high. The eggs had a strange aftertaste, likely due to whatever they used to cook my omelet. I wanted lunch since it was 11 AM, but I wasn’t offered that option.

During my last visit home, my friend and I went out for breakfast. I ordered the Elvis pancakes while she had the almond joy pancakes and also tried the pea salad. Everything was delicious! I’m not a fan of peas, but I would gladly eat the pea salad again.

I am not sure how I missed this place. Our first visit today. The service was great as was the food. I had the fried cornmeal oysters which were portion enough for two (but I et ‘em all). Will definitely be back every week to my new fave. Réservez une table maintenant

We took our family, a group of 13, out for lunch, and the service was outstanding. Everyone loved the food. It's a fantastic place for families!

A great place to have drinks and watch the game, or to have dinner! Our kids love it at much as we do. The potato soup and nachos are killer!
