I haven't been able to visit as frequently as I'd like, but the dining experience is fantastic. The ambiance is delightful, and the service is exemplary. The selection of teas is extensive, making it a paradise for a tea lover like me! I highly recommend the Irish breakfast tea if you prefer something stronger, or the Yorkshire Gold for a milder option. The blackcurrant tea is also perfect enjoyed on its own or with a scone. I've been to many tea rooms, and this one is by far the best. If you have the opportunity to attend a special event here, do it—you won't be disappointed!
I've been coming to this place since I was a kid! It's incredibly fun, charming, and the teas are delicious and truly authentic. The food here is surprisingly great! However, if you're looking to enjoy a high tea, be sure to book it 24 hours in advance since those little tea sandwiches take quite a while to prepare—totally understandable. Since we couldn't do the high tea, I opted for the chicken salad salad, and it was excellent. Definitely worth the trip!
We took my grandparents here as a special treat since they adore British culture. The portions were ample, and each person received their own pot of tea. Overall, it was a wonderful experience; however, be prepared that the location is somewhat hidden, and you might need to walk quite a bit from your parking spot. This was my second time here and my mother's first, but it will not be our last! We had the chai french vanilla tea and I had the carrot cake while my mother had the lemon mascarpone cake. It was all so delicious and made for a great start to a lovely afternoon. Thank you Marsha and Tracy!

This is the best spot in the city to enjoy delicious homemade traditional English cuisine, along with imported beer and lemons. They serve the best breakfasts on Saturdays and Sundays! The service is fantastic, and they also have a wide variety of gluten-free options available!
As of January 14, 2024, this restaurant is temporarily closed until sometime in February. I drove an hour to bring my family, and I was really disappointed. We've been here before and truly love it. I hope everything stays the same when they reopen.

Our young waitress toss and clanged things down on our table. Food was mediocre at best and setting was contrived. Good tea selection...all out of Boddingtons Beer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
