The cashier was so damn busy arguing with me that she got my order wrong and I had to waste and throw out 4 of my chi dogs because she forgot to put on the ticket NO ONIONS, which I can't eat!!! I spent 81.00 and only got to eat 1 item I ordered! My beef sandwich was made wrong too! Worst frickin time I ever experienced here which is totally sad because this will be the last time for a while and we visit her at least 3 times a month but this experience will definitely change that because I don't mind the cost but the attitude and then get my food wrong to where I can't eat it is inexcusable!!! Maybe you should give a crash course in customer service
Last night, I thought I would give this place a try. First time ordering a deep dish pizza from this restaurant. I have had deep dish pizza before. I'm sorry to say that this was the most disgusting pizza, I have ever eaten. Absolute waste of money.I will never be ordering a pizza from them again.
I stood in line today 11:07-11:10 as the girl flirted with 2 guys. I am sure her version would be different but I could hear every word. There were people waiting but I guess her social life was more important. I walked out. Disappointing because the one on Lake Mead doesn't have this issue.

If you are from Chicago and have been missing the food... this IS the place you have been looking for! The beef might be the best Italian beef I have ever had! The polish is great, the pizza is on point, hotdogs are perfect!
The lady that waited on me was rude. Not everyone knows what a dry or wet is I am not from Chicago. 45 min wait for a deep dish is crazy. It doesn't take that long to hear up bread
I brought some friends from Brazil in and they loved the place and the food. Best authentic Chicago dog in town and the staff was nice and courteous.
