Beautiful wine cellar. The wife Sylvia and husband James Ramdin put their heart and soul into some of the best soul food every week. They usually spend a couple days preparing and reducing wines for the sauces. I've had incredible tomatoe quiches, spaghetti, hot Surinam curry, quarter pounders. The concept is you grab a bottle (reasonably priced 30CHF/bottle) of what you want and join in with locals and share experiences. Saturday's there is often a friendly guitar and round table stories. An amazing experience and the best food this side of the lake.

Schon erstaunlich, wie sich ein Unternehmer, der sein Geld mit der zweitältesten aller Dienstleistungen verdient, eine Haltung an den Tag legen kann, als hätte Ihn gerade Bachu's schwere Faust getroffen. Aber während man in anderen Wine Bars stets als Gast zuvorkommend behandelt wird, gibt es Orte, wo sich der Kunde tatsächlich wie der letzte Idiot fühlen muss.

The cheese, meats and wine we had for appero were wonderful and all complemented each other. The evening meal, was well prepared and full of flavour. However the host did often make comments that many people in the group found strange and offensive. I would be willing to try this place again.

Great wine, Great people, Great food. All of that combined with a great atmosphere of being invited at home at James and Sylvia's place!! Please visit the evenings with the live music and if you play enjoy your time together with the band!.

Friendliest bar/wine shop in Zurich. Great hosts and excellent wine. Events great fun. Food is a set menu changing each day and always delicious. Great value for money.
