This is the third time we've visited this restaurant, and each time, it seems to take a while for someone to acknowledge our presence. This visit, I timed how long we waited, and after 10 minutes, we still hadn't received any service. I noticed the server attending to tables that arrived after us, and even a customer who sat at the bar was served before us. I understand that staffing shortages can be an issue, but I wish there was more emphasis on basic hospitality. It would be nice to at least have someone recognize that we're waiting. - St G
It's very misleading and not worth a visit. There is a sign posted stating fresh ingredients. We started with an order of chips and salsa. The salsa was Pico picante sauce from the grocery store. Our burgers came out, and the patty on our burger was frozen and smaller than our palm and burned. The bun was bigger than the patty. The food was decent, but I had a negative experience with a staff member named Paige, who had dark hair. She was quite rude when I asked about some missing items from my order and came off with a "Karen" attitude. It seemed like she was distracted and more focused on some friends who were present rather than providing good service. On a positive note, James, another staff member, was really nice and friendly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
Food is alright, it's healthy…which is good when you are wanting to eat healthy. Nothing amazing, but solid food. Employees are nice, but also seem busy being busy and not too sociable. Place is a good sports bar feel, but not super nice…everything is just alright.

Mediocre wings, the chips and salsa were cold and straight from costco, mediocre service, overall meh. This place was way over priced, next time I will cook my own wings!
Very little sauce for the portion of wings, and they only drizzle it over, they don't coat it. The wingless option is a joke, it's basically chicken nuggets.
Wings are VERY saucy or you can get dry with the sauce on side. Mac n cheese is BOMB, highly recommend. Absolutely best atmosphere and service.
The burger was great! I also really enjoyed the "chips." I've visited a few times and have always been satisfied.
