I?m sorry to say because I?ve been calling this place for years because the food is good but wow did I have a bad experience tonight ????? I wanted to blame it on the fact that I called through Uber eats instead of just calling them directly but all I know is I called at like eight or 8:30 PM and the food didn?t get here until I think like 11 I say I think because I don?t actually know when the food got here I live like 5 blocks away ? also the delivery time said it would be 9 o?clock at the latest but it was just stuck on that and kept saying preparing I sent a update request to know if they were still making it or not never got a reply back and by the time I finally just called them the pl...
The woman who was taking the order did not understand simple directions. We had to repeat the credit card number about six times. We also had to say what we wanted to order multiple and she still did not get correct. Also, we clearly said what we wanted. I called the place again and the woman said she sent everything and repeated the order. However, she did not do what she was supposed to do. Not only did she get the chicken order wrong, she did not send the broccoli bites. So if you are ordering from this place, make sure they send everything and do not let them get away with this. Terrible customer service. She said mild wings and they sent spicy wings.
I would've given 5 stars if not for a bizarre phone call 90 minutes after receiving my order. Food was delicious wings were absolutely incredible. Cheeseburger and fries equally as good. Zero issue with the food. The manager calls me and actually asked if I paid, said the driver doesn't have the money. I was in shock and almost at a loss for words. I not only paid but gave a $4 tip too. In 30+ years of ordering food, this is the only time I've encountered this. After telling the manager I paid, he didn't challenge me, then politely said ok and goodbye. No idea if the driver lost the money and tried to create a story. Just bizarre.
I've ordered from this restaurant a few times, and their delivery is impressively quick, with my food arriving hot. Occasionally, some dishes can be a bit over-salted, but I've tried many items from their menu that have truly exceeded my expectations. This is enough for me to overlook the extra salt. I highly recommend their superior nachos with speck, and their gyros are also quite tasty. Don't miss out on the fried erzeos for a fantastic dessert!

Placed an order online that said it will deliver to us with $10 minimum . easy enough right? Only an hour later we were notified they don't deliver to us!? Thanks for making us wait for food that wasn't ever coming .
I've ordered from Wing World several times, and it's always delicious. They prepare my food either on time or even ahead of schedule. I really enjoy starting my meals there. The staff is very professional!

Food is good. However, this business' recent price hikes and really weak coupons make family meals cost prohibitive, in spite of their tasty product.
