Honey, I've spent a lot of time dining here. There are quite a few Chinese restaurants in Ferndale and the surrounding areas, but Wing's Gardens is by far the best. Occasionally, some of the staff may not fully understand orders and make mistakes, but this is quite rare. I have a mild sensitivity to MSG, but their food doesn’t give me any issues. I don’t believe they are entirely MSG-free, but I don’t experience the headaches I usually get from other Chinese restaurants that do use MSG, so I assume they use much less or perhaps a different approach. Everything was good. We went for lunch ordered off the dinner menu. I had Sesame Chicken w/Gai Kow (C on the menu) crispy chicken, flavorful, not greasy, arrived hot. More than enough to get over full. Yum o. I recommend the hot sour soup. I could fill up on the soup and crisps alone. Plum sauce comes with the crisps, but I like to dip the egg roll in the sauce. Worthy mention the tea. I loved the tea. Ill take a gallon please! LOL. I urge you to go with a group order one of everything. No disappointments.
The food is very fresh and delicious, but I'm not a fan of how the almond chicken is prepared. It resembles chicken fingers, and I believe they should return to the original recipe. I don't care for the new version. However, aside from that, the portions are plentiful and the overall quality is excellent.

Been going here for over 5 years after someone recommended it to me. They have NEVER disappointed. Great service, I've never had to wait for my order. It's always ready whenever I arrive. My favorite thing to order is the Dinner for Two w/ Sesame Chicken and Pepper Steak.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area! The portions are incredibly generous. I highly recommend the Almond Boneless Chicken, Pepper Steak, Egg Foo Young, Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, as well as the Wonton and Egg Drop Soups, and their delicious egg rolls.
