Every time we visit Wingstop, the kitchen is bustling with activity, but getting our order can feel like pulling teeth. Whether it's that the kitchen forgot to call out names or we arrived too late, the front of house staff seems unable to double-check the orders, even when asked. They'll call some names and skip over others, often standing idle. Last night, there was a lobby full of about 20 people all waiting for their orders.
