Wingstop - Réservation de table

Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins amd she messed with her nosering. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up.It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. Chris they need you atthis location! You were always pleasant.

I ordered a 30-piece wing platter, but when I opened the container, there were only 25 wings inside. I usually don’t count my wings, but at over a dollar each, the difference matters. It wasn’t just one wing short; I was missing five. I paid around $37 to $38 for my meal and didn’t even get my money’s worth. Unfortunately, I can’t go back to request the missing wings or a refund either. I'm very disappointed.

I NEVER received an email stating my food was ready for pick up.. Thank God i set a timer, NON of the flavors of the wings were LABELED on the box of what flavors are what. Some of the food was so soggy I didn?t even eat it. The staff didn?t really pay anyattention to guests or say hello, how may I help you, welcome in, nothing, they were too busy counting the money in theregister.

We had a wonderful time during our lunch visit to this Wingstop! Chris provided us with outstanding customer service, even making sure I didn't leave with BBQ sauce on my face! Thank you, Chris! The food was also delicious! Réservez une table maintenant

This is, without a doubt, the best Wingstop location I’ve ever visited! The employee, Miranda, offered excellent service. The food was incredibly fresh!
