leaving this review specifically for the supervisor on duty Dec 4 2022. there is no reason for leaving your kitchen staff in a spot where they have to be telling customers there is a 2 hour wait for orders we placed for pick up that show they are ready. then us as customers come looking for an order that says it is ready but it’s not and that’s not your staff’s problem it’s who is in CHARGE! lack of planning and proper supervision and none of that is on the part of the cooks or the staff they were very nice and helpful despite what they are dealing with. I really hope whoever is in charge of this place learns how to avoid actions like this and run a wingstop like normal. Never have I been to...
I often use this place to order at least once a week and things were good. The previous times it was very disappointing in all aspects, service, quality of foods, availability of items flat wings), abd even waiting time of two hours for an online order. Not sure what has changed, but its definitely a negetive effect on their overall performance. I hope all Gys are better, but probably not order in a while.
Check your order! Disregarded others' comments to the same effect. Don't leave until you check your order. Ordered the 50 piece combo. Didn't get the fries (2 servings), 10 boneless skinless for the kids (git bone-in instead), or the second veggie sticks. Place was not busy. The food we did get was good and met expectations.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. It was a terrible experience. We waited for our food for over an hour. The cash register was so liquid and incapable of running the front. I will never visit this facility again. Very unprofessional. The manager or owner must reassess things. I can't imagine holding this.

I've called multiple times, calls on hold for 9min and another time for 12min... no answer. Tried ordering through online services, more than an hour after accepting my order I still have no update and no delivery. No answer when calling the restaurant. Is anyone working???
If I could leave 0 stars I would I was on hold for 15 minutes to place an order, couldn’t so I went in person to place an order waited 30 minutes to be missing my plate of wings entirely and then to be denied a refund and being told I was lying was the icing on the cake.
Leah has a great customer service! I liked to hear how she would help other customers. For example, the ranch already included was rejected and they gave other options for dressings. She is patient with people and this is hard to find nowadays. Well done, Leah!
I ordered by app and the food wasn't ready what's okay. But when I waited in my car and waited 15 minutes, as she mentioned, the fries were not fresh. When I had my order there, the wing bone was broken and the tooth was chipped. Food: 1/5

Manager Salvador said I was lying about my incorrect order. I had written another review a while back, but it was deleted. Used to be good, but now it seems like you wait a long time to get an incorrect order.
HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered an hour ago and still waiting for my food. Very unorganized.
