Horrible experience!! We went in and stood there for about 15 minutes before anybody even helped us, and when they did we basically had to help ourselves by doing it on the app. Before being helped a guy walked by us and went a talked to his co-worker that was on break and they were using very foul language loudly talking about the issues in the work place. Also we got our food and our order was messed up no fries at all when our order came with fries. We went back got our fries and the fries were burnt like black!!!! I went back in and asked for new fries the lady told me she just made these and heated them up but she would make new ones. She came back five minutes later Exactly and have me...
I work at Wingstop in Easton, and I have some suggestions for new side dishes like Mozzarella sticks and Mac & Cheese. Wingstop is a young and growing franchise in today's economy. It's not fast food, but it's not quite a sit-down restaurant either. Wingstop doesn't have a drive-thru because the chicken is not pre-cooked like other fast food restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare one order, but our crew can do it in 13 minutes. I am grateful to be an employee at Wingstop, where customer courtesy is a top priority. Customer reviews help us identify areas where we can improve and increase productivity.
The service was good, and not only that the food was delicious! The manager made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Also the bathrooms were very clean. I give this place 5-stars ??Kid-friendliness: The music that was playing wasn’t old and boring. It was more modern and hip. Definitely a good selection on the music part. My son loves watching football. Which the games were playing on the big screen tv. So that was definitely a plus while we dined in. The workers made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return for another wing stop stay lol
We’ve ordered from this Wing Stop many times and have had issues, but decided to give them another chance. Ordered from them tonight and when I went to pick it up, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, was told again it would be another 5 minutes. When I finally got my food, I was missing 2 things of wings. Also, employees don’t wear masks correctly, are on their phones, and have friends come behind the counter to talk. Won’t be coming back.

I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes before finally receiving 2 orders of scrub nabe served by a disheveled staff member. It was already 9 o'clock. I couldn't help but wonder how difficult their job must be. The place looked dirty and run-down, confirming my suspicions that it would not be worth trying. Overall, it turned out to be a waste of both time and money.
I've ordered from here before and it was always good. Today you let me down the fries were bland yet I ordered regular seasoned..the hawaiian tenders had absolutely no flavor and the traditional hot were mild at best. It was all cold by the time I got it. If this is where flavor gets its wings then it should stay grounded and not even try to fly. Horrible.
It is difficult, if not impossible, to find wings of this quality in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Western New York and I can tell you that these Wingstop wings are crispy, delicious, and authentic! The staff is friendly, the sides are good, and the restaurant is clean. I will gladly drive over an hour to satisfy my cravings here!
Decided to try Wing Stop on Sunday. What a dump. The pictures speak for themselves. Service was deplorable. There were 4 employees in that all saw me standing to place my order but stood there for 15 minutes before a young lady briskly took my order. Just awful. I will not be back.

This was my first time having wingstop. I ordered Here for pick up. I literally waited an hour. When I finally got my food my chicken skin was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Never again will I eat here. If you want your food on time for dinner, order as soon as they open.
