I?ve been excited about the new chicken sandwich for a long time and finally had an opportunity to try it tonight. Ordered three of them online for my family. Picked them up in a bag that was sealed so you can?t easily check the see the order is right. Sureenough, got home with one sandwich missing. Mine. Obviously. I?m the one who wanted it in the first place. Called to correct it.On hold for seven minutes and told them what happened. They say okay we?ll make it. So after my wife and son finish eating,my wife drives me back up to the restaurant to pick up my sandwich. Well, they HAVEN?T EVEN STARTED MAKING IT YET! It?ll beabout ten minutes. Came in today. There was 1 guy working and the short white manager I have read about. The guy cooking was not wearing gloves and kept wiping his hands on his pants. I ordered online and my order was still about a 15 minute wait after the time I was told it would be ready. There was a cooked order for dine in I assume just sitting out. I watched the manager dump the fries that were sitting on the counter cooked back in the oil to fry.. so now my wings are done cooking THEN they go to cook my fries... So now my wings are cold. The manager hands me my order and reads what I ordered I said no it should be blah blah and 2 bleu cheeses. She said with an attitude that's what I said. ? so I was like...

I ordered from this location twice and my food was never delivered. I called to talk to the General Manager, and he informed me that they don't handle deliveries. When I asked why there was a delivery option on their app, he said they cook the food and DoorDash is responsible for the delivery. I questioned how they could offer a delivery option with an extra charge but not guarantee the delivery. The GM stated that their corporate office instructs them to convey that message. I requested to speak with his superior, but he claimed he didn't have any contact information for corporate. This branch has consistently provided terrible service.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 large fries for dinner. Picked up order the bag was taped closed. Got home a sandwich was missing. We called the store it?s about a mile from the house. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes we told them the problem they saidthey would make the sandwich. We got to the store workers were just hanging out at the counter chatting with each other. Weasked about our sandwich they hadn?t started making it. So now waiting another 10 minutes for the sandwich. I will not return.If I could give less than one star I would. This was my first and last experience with Wingstop. I placed an order tonight (11/13) at 11:10 PM, and my wife went to pick it up on her way home. However, they couldn't find my order. When I placed it, I received a total and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. When I called back, I spoke to the same lady who took my order, but she had no idea what had happened. It's clear why this location has a poor rating. I won't be returning.

2 stars because the employees most of them are sweet especially on the night shift! This is the third time now I’ve seen the manager (a female with long blonde hair) and the third time I’ve heard her complain the entire time I’m there … customers leaving… she doesn’t address people until she wants to. It’s sad she’s a manager because this place has so much potential with the sweet employees it has .

Food safety really needs to take a look at this place. I saw a cook cough all over the food and then glance at me to see if I noticed. Two staff members with long hair weren’t wearing it tied back or covered. No one was wearing gloves, and there was food scattered all over the floor. To top it all off, they got my order wrong twice during my visit, which lasted a total of 60 minutes.

I ordered online so I could go to Walmart and go pick it up. I get there and they show my order is completed. They gave someone else my order and I sit there for 30 min waiting for my food and I go ask again and they still hadn’t made it. Finally get my food and I get home and they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken boneless it was pure breading. Horrible service! Réservez une table maintenant

I've usually had a good experience at Wingstop, but last night our wings were raw in the middle. It's the first time we've noticed this issue. Additionally, their fries often come out undercooked and lacking seasoning, which is disappointing.
