I called to place an order, she picks up and I can hear music in the background and someone speaking as well, she puts me in hold after i told her i wanted to place an order, a minute later she removes me off hold and asked me what i would like but the music is still playing in the background and it was loud. Like seriously? I didn't even want to proceed in placing an order here. LOWER THE MUSIC SO YOU CAN HEAR MY ORDER ! YOU ARE AT WORK. NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED IN THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE ONE IN PLACE ARE DOING A HORRIBLE JOB.
I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and they asked me to prove it.. Had to drive all the way back just for the manager to give me a hard time and insist it was the right order. The staff pulled each item out of the bag and opened it acting as if I switched the orders. They finnaly offered to make my food again if I was willing to wait another 30 minutes. Yeah I just took a refund and I won't be back.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I can't help but notice that the wings are unusually small. It seems like they come from a very tiny bird. This is my only complaint, especially since wings are typically a low-cost food option.
Absolutely hate ordering from this location!!! They never answer the phone properly or they will hang up on you!! Had to go up to the store and order my food. Only reason I ordered from here is because it’s by my job!!! They are the worse!

I was disappointed with this restaurant again. The store was dirty, they were out of ice, employees were complaining about each other, and swearing in front of guests. I will not be returning to this location unless improvements are made.
OMG! Today, Wing Stop made my DAY!!!My chicken was cooked to PERFECTION!!! Customer Service 100%To each employee who worked the am shift May 18th need a raise, especially the pregnant mother
First time visit, won't be the last. AMAZING wings and fries. Staff was friendly, they were very busy but handled it well !! Only downside is it's a bit pricey for carryout though !
The wings were decent. I wish the fries weren't double fry because they don't get crisp. They're kind of on the soggy side, but it was the online order, so can't complain too much.

New management and it shows the food was fresh and 100% correct both employees were very kind and made sure my order only took 10 minutes! Thank you!
The service was quick and the food was top-notch, even towards the end of the night. I would definitely come back.
