This is the worst Wingstop location I've visited. My best friend and I have come here a few times and have tried to give it multiple chances, but each time, the person at the counter nearly insists that my friend complete the survey for the free fries and makes us wait at least 30 minutes longer than we would like. They never get our order completely right, and the food lacks the flavor that other locations have. The staff also seems unsure of what they are doing half the time. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this Wingstop.
The staff at this restaurant doesn't speak any English, and the phone just keeps ringing—it's impossible to place an order over the phone. They frequently get my order wrong, and when I ask for barbecue sauce, they instead give me the atomic sauce. This is by far the worst place to order from WingStop. I might as well drive a bit further to a location where the staff can communicate better. It’s frustrating that people who are too scared to answer the phone or engage with customers are even working here.
This is a charming little Wingstop located near Colma. The food is fantastic, and the customer service is equally impressive. While I was waiting for my order, an individual came back to the restaurant and began yelling at an employee, claiming he had ordered 10 wings but only received 6. Honestly, they’re just wings, come on! Regardless, the employee managed the situation exceptionally well, and she is truly wonderful!
As you can see it's a very clean little eatery. Wings came out hot and very tender. It was our first time there and they gave us without asking three free samples of other wings. The french fries were out of this world. Crispy hot just the right amount of salt. And their bathroom would get a five-star rating for cleanliness. The only setback was there was no mirror in the bathroom .

The service was delightful. David was extremely attentive, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return. It's not easy to find good service with a smile these days, so I truly appreciate it.
I visited on a Sunday and received quick service. The cashier at the front was very efficient. The building is small, but it was easy to place my order.
