Horrible service, i had stop going to this particular location due to been slow and always giving wrong orders honestly i just gave it another try because its 2 min from my house but im tired of they always messing up i always have to drive to the one on shary rd or on cage to get a good service which is a 30 to 40 min drive for me. This time besides making me wait a lot and giving me soggy fries i ordered 5 tenders and they gave me 5 wings instead honestly its not even worth my drive back due to the incompetence of the workers there. Been said i wont ever go to this particular location ever again
I never take the time to write a negative review, but today was just absolutely ridiculous. Cashier has eaten during the order. I sometimes understand during a busy day breaks are not possible and we are all people. However, cashiers had an incredible rude attitude towards customers. When people came to the restaurant and we asked for our order, they replied with a “i don't know” without checking. There is a big difference between a bad day and a common courtesy. In addition, the restaurant was full of garbage on the floor and tables. Management must reassess the training of personnel.
The first time at this point, the staff could have been more friendly and not so robotic. The food was as expected, but hardly fries warm. Manager sitting on the back would not appreciate a military discount, never get before after presenting the VIC card. The lobby was really annoying, as many people talk their phone on loudspeakers, as if they were the only ones that are remnant. It would have been a star, but the wings were good and saused. Next time I'll choose another wing stop.
Ordered online and didn’t get our food. Called and it was just excuses with them putting us on hold for 30 minutes. We go into the store and the girl in front was super rude and obviously had no previous costumer service experience because I’ve seen 7 year olds at food trucks give better service
