Wingstop - Réservation de table

Placed an order online april 5th. Wait said 16-20 mins. I went in at 20 mins and they said it was gonna take another 20 mins so I canceled the order. They gave me a receipt but it didn't say refund or anything the girl said give it 7-10 days. I called because it was over 10 days nothing showed up and plus receipt doesn't show a refund and they guy said it doesn't. He then said all the emails are erased so he can't access anything. What kind of company is this. No professionalism and I paid debit. It should have been instantly placed on my card or given in cash. Never buying here again

Ordered my food online because I hate having to wait while the food is getting made but I went to pick up my food today and it was all over the place there was only one girl in the front and it took me 20 min to even get my food and there was girls in the back not even trying to help

Every time I come to this wing stop, there's always an issue. First time I let it slide. 2ed time ok I get they get busy. Now my last time here for sure. This is the worst service ever.I ordered ahead and to give them ample time and some how still manage to mess up.

Horrible service, the ORDER is NEVER on time EVER!!! They send you an email and in the app they have your order ready, you arrive and they still make you wait up to 10 minutes because your order is not ready yet! It's always like this. Terrible!!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Today is the third time that I go in two weeks in always they messed up with the season they don’t put enough seasoning to the wings. I live 10 minutes away and I hate to come back so I don’t know what’s going on with the new people working there.

The tables were filthy and the wait was exceedingly long. I was rewarded for my patience with soggy, oily and cold fries and lukewarm wings. My visit was a reminder of my past disappointment with this place.Parking: A few spots were available.

This location is very trashy, and the service is bad. This location is operated very different from other locations as well so don't expect to have your order made if you make a phone order. Management needs to step up there quality

I ordered over the phone and the answer machine was getting on my nerves when I got there they couldn't find my order then when I get home it wasn't the flavor I asked for they gave me regular wings instead of lemon pepper and took Réservez une table maintenant

Employees were hiding in the bathroom, the cashier was complaining no one wants to come to work. I got charged for all flats and received mixed. Paid $18 I work over night and by the time I saw my food they were closed.

Always amazing !!!Hot Fresh food love this location Yes there busy but its definitely worth the wait !!!! The crew is friendly and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be coming back
