Overall, my experience at Wingstop was positive. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with my order of the "riders" meal, which I chose based on an appealing advertisement that listed the price as $3.69. When I went to pay, I found out it was actually $4.29. When I raised this issue, I was informed that the menu price had recently changed. I pointed out the poster advertising the lower price, but they apologized and said they were just following orders. In the end, I decided to go with the regular "voodoo pommes" meal, which I enjoyed. Despite this minor issue, I still like dining at Wingstop, although I was let down that my fries were missing...
The young lady at the cash register had an unappreciative attitude. She told me it would take 40 minutes, so I waited. Once that time passed, my food was just sitting on the online pickup table for who knows how long, and by the time I finally got my food and ate it, it was cold. I wasn’t surprised, as I witnessed another customer come in complaining that her online order was incorrect and didn’t reflect the flavors she had selected. The service was poor, and I won’t be returning to this Wingstop again.
The server Daisy the beta human high school dropout told me 45 minutes with very piss poor service then told the person behind me 10 minutes. While waiting with my daughter we where attacked by fruitflies and heard the rest of the crew swear and goof off. Honestly food was decent I think the flies added a hint of saltiness but if you can swerve the physical interaction with this branch I’d highly recommend it.
The staff at this Wingstop location was disappointing. I was a delivery driver trying to pick up an order and had to wait for about 15 minutes because the short, heavier set woman behind the counter didn't inform me that my food was ready. It would have been helpful if she communicated better, as it was actually another employee who handed me the food. Overall, her behavior was very unprofessional.

I am done with Wingstop all together Overpriced for bad food service. The company is overcharging for basic appetizer food. I tried to do a family deal I wasn't even paying and I refuse to have anyone pay so much for wings Walmart has the best platter deals also just anywhere else but Wingstop. The food is cold and your waiting forever to get your food they simply don't care about quality.
This place has some of the worst service. They leave you on hold and forget your their. They act like they don’t want to be there. And the food is not at all up to other wing stop levels. The La Habra wing stop seems to taste better. This place is trash now. I don’t know what happened. Don’t waste your money on this expensive bad experience.
I’m not sure who the short woman with glasses was who gave my wife attitude, especially when you guys can’t even remember to include the ranch. It’s no surprise you only have one-star reviews. Don’t worry, I’ll be back—and with the way things are run, we’ll probably keep getting free food.

Absolutely disgusting. Chicken is completely soggy and not crispy. Same with the fries. Completely soft and not crispy. On top of that they have the nerve to charge $3.23 for a cup of water.
Wingstop needs a health inspector immediately—this wasn’t even fully cooked and shouldn’t be allowed. Their menu should guarantee properly prepared food, but this experience was far from it.
