I'm giving one star for the excellent manager that went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would rate her 5 stars, but my overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour. Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronize that day. I just wanted two drinks one small one large the total was 6.70 I didn't have 70c so I tried making my large a small but they didn't change then they ask for i didn't have 2c so thats ok they gave me the cups but I told I wanted 2 smalls and they saidits ok they didn't change my order
I'm giving them 3 stars because it didn't make any sense for anyone to put as much seasoning salt on my fries. I didn't ask for extra seasoning and to get home to a large salt fries I couldn't even give it to the dogs. Just a waste of money
Wingstop's customer service has greatly improved compared to the previous team. I had stopped visiting before COVID-19, but the updated menu and better service have brought me back.

I always get original hot bone in, although bone out is cheaper. Also , instead of the fries I substitute for Cajun corn. I would have given 5 star but they forgot my ranch dip?
I never eat here anymore all the stores have lousy service, over rated and over priced. They happen to be in the shopping center I visited
