Wingstop - Réserver une table

I went inside to pay for an oline order and then waited outside for it to be done. While waiting i witnessed one of the cooks not wear a mask at all and one of the line workers wearing their mask on their bottom lip only. They were talking over cooked and un cooked food. I also watched the maskless worker grab ice and refil the soda machine without washing his hands after working with raw meat maskless. The manager offered a refund which i accepted because i couldn't eat the food after what i saw. I order here a few times a month and am disappointed in what i saw. I used to manage a wingstop in LA and know how strict the company is with safety. The manager was really nice and apologetic but at the end of the day,, she was in the kitchen working side by side with the employees and said nothing :

Food is great, but customer service is disappointing. I got the wrong order and they called me while I drove home. They asked me to return and get my right order. I hadn't noticed that the order was wrong, so I grabbed in my pocket and fryed while driving. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes away. I gave the bag to the young woman and she gave me my order. She didn't say a word, not even a Sorry for the mix. I hope they made Jeff a new fresh order and gave him not only half-dressed pommes. Each other restaurant will tell the customer to keep the wrong order as they cannot be transferred to the right customer and simply go to the garbage.

I command from here, but they never answer. I will be busy, but only the phone rings after multiple call and get a response machine that I did with providing any business to this establishment. Or better still sometimes the phone is left off the hook and when you arrive to ask why the phone does not work it claim it is. I flew over this place. Get it together Saied and rent a better crew.

The crew working on Saturday 13 November was amazing. Great people. Amazing service. Eat exquisite. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great visit.

I think my review has been deleted or not saved. But yesterday 3/4/22 this nonsense happened. Absolutely ridiculous that this man is even considered a manager.
