When I tried to cancel my order due to the long wait, the staff insisted that my food was almost ready and wouldn’t let me cancel. I reluctantly decided to wait an extra 5 minutes for my meal. Unfortunately, when I finally got it, the order was completely incorrect. I had ordered garlic parmesan wings and hot lemon pepper, but instead received wings with no seasoning and buffalo wings.
I paid $16 for a 35-minute wait and the wrong order. While the staff were very nice, the long wait and incorrect food was unacceptable. I honestly feel that I deserve some form of compensation for this frustrating lunch experience.
If you love wings, this restaurant is a must-visit. I often get them in the Korean spice and lemon pepper varieties, and they're absolutely fantastic. Everything on the menu is delicious! Their sandwiches stand out as exceptional—affordable, crispy, and served on the softest buns with tasty pickles. The fries are also outstanding!
Pretty average Wingstop. Usually get a 10 piece of either lemon pepper, mild or garlic parmesan. Nothing really stands out except for the weird harassing security in the parking lot that kept asking me if I was going to eat here. I guess they do that to prevent students from parking here for the college across the street.
Poor management. We went there on my brother's birthday with his ID and the app . The management made zero effort to help us figure out how to get the birthday gift that's offered. I get we needed something to scan but I don't work there I need help to understand what she needs us to do instead of just saying no.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, while people who had ordered before me were already receiving their food. Additionally, the fries were cold. I'm really disappointed with this location and won't be returning. Their priority management is lacking.
The staff lacks attentiveness to their responsibilities. Orders are often incorrect or take an unusually long time to arrive, even for the simplest requests.
I had doubts about ordering from this specific restaurant because of the reviews but my fries were fat and yummy and my wings were juicy
I usually go for pick up and they are on time. Food is always hot and taste good. Waiters are helpful and friendly.
