Why because that can't do things right they play around and I went to the bathroom and the floor is slippery I could have fallen and broken some bones and it's disgusting and dirty and be nice to the people I ordered food don't be mean I come here to pay y'all money to have a roof over your head don't have time for this. And if y'all can't handle the heat then don't work here anymore lol
This was thee worse wings and fries I've eaten in a long time. The chicken was old and hard. Fries was greasy and I won't be back. Customer service was ok. But this joint needs to use fresh products. First experience and my last. I should have checked the reviews before I went here. Don't waste your money.
Horrible customer service by THE MANAGER!! The manager had her mask UP UNDER HER NOSE! She was using profanity under her breath about the young Workers who were kind and trying to do their jobs. Kudos to the young folks at the registers for staying calm. Avoid at all costs until the manager is gone.
I picked up my order on lunch it was ready in a timely manner food was hot as I proceeded to get my straw for my drink a roach crawls out on the counter. I jumped a worker is right there and no one killed it so he 's still there crawling around. Réservez une table maintenant
Got there said my food would be ready by 8:07 said the online orders weren't coming through pushed my order to the back of the line I ended up having to wait for over a hour for my food. Was great store it's going down hill fast.
they get stars just b c they ALWAYS answer their telephone! then the food always cooked right, service is good. the Male (aa)manager takes pride in the store! great job keep up the good work.
The manager is so unprofessional. He spoke over me continuously until I ended the phone call due to his lack of accountability. I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer !
This location is trash. Cooks couldn't care less about cooking your food...long waits...workers got attitudes...they couldn't care less in this establishment. Eat at your own risk. Réservez une table maintenant
Been going here for years some workers are better then others but I've never had any problems besides waiting a long time for the food
