The Wingstop at 3127 Baldwin Park has a cashier who is really unpleasant to deal with. He seems completely clueless about customer service. I noticed that the other employees at this location appear intimidated by him and basically let him take charge. He’s the tall, big guy. Today was the second time I had an issue with him. I gave him my name, but he said there was no order under it after checking the bags. He didn’t make any effort to help me, so I stepped outside to confirm I was at the right location. I just placed an order and only received part of it—25 pieces of Garlic Parmesan wings and 12 rolls were missing. I tried calling for assistance, but no one answered. The service was terrible! Completely unprofessional to ignore customers like this. Very disappointing and has completely turned me off from ever visiting again. I will strongly advise others to avoid this place!
Every time I visit Wingstop, they consistently mess up my order! By the time I get home, I have to pack up my toddler and drive all the way back just to have it fixed. It's unbelievable! I really dislike that this is the only nearby location.
