Wingstop - Lyons (Harlem Ave)

The food takes ALOT longer then the 17 minutes from order. I asked my cashier how much longer after 17 minutes was up and she said another 10 -15. I mentioned I was told 17 minutes from order and ahe said maybe you should have called you order in I said I did and was left on hold for 15 minutes and made it here before anyone picked up the phone Not only did my food have me 30 minutes into waiting , the staff was rude and the place was filthy and unorganized. Wing stop should be ashamed of this location. Never again

unbelievable. waited over 10 minutes in the line and once it was my turn of the kerl in the cash register refused to take my order 17 minutes before closing time. After I made a double in the sick house without break / food and even before the time phoned, I am very annoyed with them because they do not tell me that they stop ordering at 1130 clock. I'll never be back.

I asked for wings well done and they were undercooked, actually still pink inside with barely any bbq sauce! The fries were only half cooked and had no salt at all. This was the sorriest $13 I've ever spent...so disappointing!

For the 5th or 6th time our order was wrong This time the chicken sandwich just wasn 't in there. And the manager and lady I talked to were absolutely no help. Her answer was we don 't deliver . Just Réservez une table maintenant

Waiting on my order place at 10:36 it’s 11:26 and the order said 16-21 mins less then a mile away waiting for delivery. Horrible service!!!!!!

I've given up this place forever. I regret that eating was very good and fresh. service was friendly and fast. will stop here more often.

not accept cash entitlement to lack of money, but all other companies are with exception. I took the money of my family elsewhere.

Big meaty boneless wings. But, no flavor. Ordered Hawaiian and it had no taste. Fries were undercooked too.
