Wise's is exactly what you would expect from a hometown diner. Food is simple and good! Waitresses are not overly nice but efficient. Prices are perfect, better than most fast food joints. Three sandwiches, two soups, a salad with tuna salad on it and a fresh brewed iced tea for $27. The soups are probably my favorite thing on the menu, always homemade and many to choose from. I have heard desserts are also homemade but have not tried any yet (not a huge fan of pie). Go check this place out! My favorite hometown diner in the area.
I absolutely love the home-style cooking here. Everything is outstanding! For my meal, I opted for takeout for dinner, and I was pleased to find that the price per person falls between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, and the service and atmosphere also get a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Sandwich and the Hot Meat Loaf Sandwich with Gravy, along with sides of mashed potatoes, coleslaw or vegetables. The Roast Beef and Cheeseburger are also fantastic choices!
