I never leave reviews, and everyone(or restaurant) is going to have a bad day here and there. I called in my order and the gentleman communicated VERY well. He made an alternate suggestion to what I wanted to order, which allowed me to get the lunch special , and it was ready and under 10 minutes It’s only about a three minute drive from my house. The rice, wings and eggroll were all fine, but the breaded chicken (And I have experienced this elsewhere before) Were all small pieces of mostly breading and a little bit of chicken rather hard and frankly tasted somewhat freezer burnt, old and almost as though it was heated up in a microwave oven, not saying it was. My family and I have been loyal customers of Wok Cuisine for many years. This restaurant has been our go-to spot for both dining in and takeout. The food is always fresh, not greasy, and delicious. The restaurant is family-owned and provides speedy service. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already. We used to frequent this restaurant often because of their amazing honey wings and fried rice. Unfortunately, during our visit yesterday, we were very disappointed. The egg rolls tasted like something you could buy at a food distribution company, not homemade. They were small, chewy, and not worth the price of 2 for $7.50. We ordered two orders of egg rolls, honey BBQ pork, fried rice, and sesame chicken, which totaled $57. Additionally, we were not informed about a credit card fee. We were looking forward to trying this place because of all of the good reviews we read. The food is garbage. I ordered lo mein and they gave me a box of plain pasta noodles that tasted like it was cooked in broccoli water. I also ordered beef with broccoli. What I got was onions with a few small pieces of beef and some broccoli mixed in, let alone it had zero flavor. Along with that, we ordered the pork fried wontons that were rock hard and flavorless. Paid $45 for two meals that were both very disappointing. I Instantly regretted giving them my money and I would’ve been better off going to any Chinese food chain instead. We moved to Shoreview in 2009 and Wok cuisine was my go to when I had pregnancy cravings. We moved to Apple Valley almost 3 years ago and to this day my 7 year old and 9 year old daughters beg me to drive all the way up to Shoreview to get Chinese at Wok Cuisine. They claim they have the best ever honey wings and fried rice and I must say they both are very tasty. Super nice owners and excellent food. So give them a try you won't be disappointed! after waiting for a group order over an hour, which had been placed on the adjacent subway for more than 24 hours in advance. I went to wok cuisine with 14 other people. we sat right away and had our food in 15 minutes. all of us. the service was amazing eating that was made from ground on was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. I will come back in definitiw.

I have ordered food from this place a few times before and it was delicious. However, when I ordered on Saturday, I was very disappointed. Typically, there is enough food for two people, but this time there was barely enough for one. The price also seemed higher than usual. I am not sure if I will return to this restaurant in the future.
