Wok In A Box - Réservation de table

I waited over an hour for a simple pad thai and panko prawns, with no updates on the status of our orders. There were about a dozen people ahead of us, and more customers came in to complain about incorrect orders from online or phone orders. It was frustrating to see only one person handling the wok. They really need to get it together! The panko prawns were overcooked, and the pad thai was overly saucy with too many noodles and not enough other ingredients. Disappointing experience!

Awesome place under new management. I had just been there. The staff is very friendly and food is delicious. It is very different than before because they are under new management now. Very nice place for me and my friend go back again. They are doing delivery for purchase over $100 as well. I think it is the good idea to order from them when we have a big party. You know, at least there is one thing having someone take care for us.

I ordered takeout from Wokinabox in Madeley and got a Kwai Teow and seafood Mee Goreng. Unfortunately, both dishes lacked ingredients, and it seemed like they forgot to include the seafood. The flavor was also disappointing. I genuinely can't recall the last time I had such a disappointing meal. I would advise anyone reading this to either save their money or choose a different restaurant.

This was my first time trying this restaurant chain, and I was really impressed. The food is cooked right in front of you and is delicious. You can customize the dishes to your preference, whether you want more spice or no seafood, and the portions are generous. I definitely recommend this place based on my experience today! This restaurant definitely uses a lot of onions, often when you least expect it. Fortunately, they allow you to remove them and even offer to replace your dish if you'd like. The service is typically good, and the staff are friendly. The food is reasonably priced, and the portions are quite generous.

Ordered a seafood mee goreng... Might as well call it two pieces of squid and one prawn mee goreng. So much carrot, onions and garlic. Black bean beef noodles doesn't even taste like black bean. Worst $30 i ever spent. Should've went Nandos or had instant noodles at home.

This is super great experience that I have never ever had in other wokinabox. Great service, awesome Food. unforgettable. I love the wok KT and Nasi Goreng. yummy yummy. and they all served with lovely smile.EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENTwell done guys. keep going

They put 2 slices of beef into my beef teriyaki and filled the whole thing with rice and nothing but onions and carrots on top.............. Réservez une table maintenant

I have visited several Wok in a Box locations, and this one is the best by far. Be sure to try the delicious starters as well!
