Wok In The Park - Réservation de table

Wok has a lunch special 11-2 during the week. I try to get there 11 because there can be a line/wait. Don 't get discouraged, the scratch food is WORTH the wait ...the service for that matter too. Been coming here for 11 years....err driving about 40 miles RT for 11 years. NEVER had a bad meal or experience. It 's always a treat when some of the staff you haven 't seen in awhile are in. Especially privileged when on the rare occasion Chef Jacob steps out of the kitchen!! Unfortunately in my 11 years I have not tasted my way through the menu, fault of being a creature of habit. The spice heat Chef Jacob uses is always perfect, but if it weren 't I could do what a lunch companion does "not so...

I was pleasantly surprised by how busy this restaurant gets during lunchtime, which made me curious to try it out. I decided to get takeout of the lunch special, but unfortunately, it was just average. The cream cheese wontons were the highlight for me - they were generously filled and delicious. The salad had an extra charge compared to the soup, and while it was fresh, the dressing was too sweet and didn't compare to the ginger dressing at other places. I also mistakenly assumed the stir fry would come with noodles, but it came with white rice instead, which was bland. The chicken in the dish was cut too big and wasn't very appetizing to me. Despite these faults, I would give this restaura...

I had a good experience at this restaurant once. I really enjoyed their egg rolls, but every time I have ordered them since then, they have been undercooked. The wrappers are gummy and still white, instead of being crispy and golden brown like they should be. It takes a long time for the food to be prepared, but somehow they still can't manage to cook it properly.

So yummy, new favorite spot! Some of the best asian food I've had. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Busy little restaurant, so get there early to beat the lunch or dinner rush. You won't leave hungry, great price for great food. Highly recommend Wok in the Park!
