I know they have good bagels because my boyfriend has brought them home after they ordered them at his job. However I just went in there and except for the tall gentleman in the orange shirt out front who greeted me when I entered the door, no other employee acknowledged my presence at the food counter. So I picked out a bottle of milk and went up to the register counter to place my order and still nobody spoke to me. The bagels at Wonder Bagels have become noticeably smaller than they used to be years ago, and they are quite pricey. The service feels rushed and lacks friendliness. The place is often chaotic, making it difficult and frustrating to get exactly what you want. While their bagels are freshly made at their own facility, the size and cost leave much to be desired.
I ordered an everything egg bagel. Extremely fluffy and soft with the perfect crunch and no chewiness of the outside! They also offer tofu cream cheese which is pictured here (I ordered the vegetable cream cheese option) and it is done very well and closely resembles the taste of actually dairy cream cheese. All in all, perfectly pleased with this order.
Good bagels. Very busy but the lines do move fairly quickly. It can be chaotic at times especially when the orders pile up at the register looking for its owner. I've seen many times where someone us charged for things they did not order because how chaotic it can be. So beware of thus and make sure they don't charge you incorrectly.

The owners were incredibly kind and set aside a dozen Everything bagels for me when I called ahead around 1 PM. Thank you, team! However, they really need to improve their salad offerings. The tuna salad, egg salad, and chicken salad all appeared dry and not very fresh. I’ll give them another try in the future.
They didn’t adhere to the instructions, and our bags were left wide open. I’m quite disappointed with the service.
Everything is consistently perfect at this restaurant! My food is always delicious and securely packaged.
