Wonderful Chinese is as the restaurant 's name implies, wonderful. I was confident the meal I was about to take to my aunt 's for dinner was going to be good when after waiting 45 minutes I finally received my order. The amount of people I watched walking in and out of this business suggested just that, great Chinese cuisine. And it 's a good thing it was great. Greasy, several dishes tasted as if they did not clean the pans/tastes that are used before the change to make new dishes, and worse of all happened 2 different people in my party (20 minutes after the meal) had to rush them to bath because they had diarrhea. I was in the area and remembered eating here 20ish years ago and liking it so my husband and I came here to eat. It's so great to be able to dine in for Chinese food where it's cool and clean and they serve hot tea and soup while you await your food! The service here is spectacular. Everyone is so friendly and they somehow manage to take your order and produce your food in less than 10 minutes. The food is also fresh with great flavoring and lots of sauce. Wonderful Chinese has been my family favorite my whole life, I get disappointed at other Chinese restaurants as they have set the bar so high. Pot stickers with hot oil and vinegar is my favorite from here. The atmosphere is amazing. I love all the workers and they love to see my kids grow as they have watched me grow as a child. They found out my dad passed and gave me his favorite meal to bury with him, as well as gave us stuff for his reception. So not only is the food to die for, they are family orientated. I'd say this place is ready to turn off. Not one person was at 6.30 a.m. on Sunday evening in the food that tells a lot. The portion size is large, the egg rolls were good foil wrapped chicken was fine. The Chow main have the carton was good the floor was old and soggy. The fried rice was bad, no egg in it No carrots and not fried well. Very expensive too. Oh, and they don't give any change, I should return a few coins, the whole lady said, was thank you and held it as a tip. It was an order. Not back
We always order the same when we eat here, the price is never the same. It would be $5 more than the last time and then the next time we go, it's $3 less than the last time. I mean, we don't change anything from our order you'd think it wouldn't change every time we eat there.
