We must have paid about $30.00 each for brunch. Not cheap. But it was worth the price. A very, very wide selection of dishes. Lots of Newfoundland dishes... cod au gratin, fish cakes, Fisherman's brewis, toutons, cabbage, turnips, ...Lots of other foods... salads, lasagna, onion rings, roast turkey, omlettes made to order, desserts...I have only mentioned a fraction of the dishes available. Had a number of alcoholic drinks for only $5.00 each. E.g. Beer, mimosa, ...Service was very good. Place has been in business since 1927. I expect that they will be around for quite some time in the future based on our experience.
We went for the Sunday Brunch and felt it was reasonably priced, with a wide array of foods. All were absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, yet classy. It was nice to see some people dressed up a bit for such a lovely place - no need to, though, just a great touch. Acoustics seem to be excellent because, although it was packed, it did not seem noisy. I believe coffee was extra, but I may have that mixed up with another place. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend. I'm confident you will love the Sunday Brunch.
Went to the Sunday Buffet. There was a great selection of food. All the traditional breakfast items, carving station, omelette station, waffle station and a few Newfound favourites. The food was hot and fresh and was always replenished. The dessert selection is very large so be sure to leave room especially for the chocolate fountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very busy and fills up fast so get there early.
Paid almost $200 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 dessert and extremely disappointed! Must be a bunch of amateurs working in the kitchen who have no clue about how to cook various ingredients, zero knowledge about flavour, and average price for an entree is $40!!! Ridiculous! Don't waste your money on this place! If you give this place good review for it's food, you must have extremely low standards!

First time visitor. Went for brunch, a large selection of items. My favourites were the pea soup, toutons, turkey/omelette station and the chocolate fountain. I thought the price was fair considering its a buffet with a lot of high quality items. The atmosphere is very cottage like and cozy. I will def. return!
Our family enjoyed an incredible Sunday brunch here. The variety of food that is available in the buffet is incredible! We enjoyed many traditional Newfoundland dishes as part of the buffet as well. The food is as close to a home cooked meal. It is pricy but well worth the price.
Great atmosphere, outstanding brunch, the food is devine anything you want is there. Staff is phenomenal, pricing isn't too too bad for what you can have. Thanks Rick and staff Marie Avery
Highly recommend their brunch. More food than you can imagine and tasty to boot! I was disappointed at dinner when I tried the mussels Service is always top notch.
