Woolsey Creek - Réservation de table

Our group of 6 skiers and snowboarders visited the Woolsey Bistro on an evening in early March, it was a lovely fine dining experience, beautiful candlelit ambiance, wood floors, each table felt very private with well placed dividing walls and cleverly created niches. I had the Ribs;Braised back ribs in house bbq, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, apple cucumber salad, seasonal vegetables, very yummy. A lot of our group ordered the Braised Beef Shank; Organic beef stiletto, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, potato crisps, beef jus. When we left, each plate was bare and everyone satisfied. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely visit again next time we're in town.

Fantastic! Great ambience and service. We had the salmon and braised beef shank; both were delicious cooked to perfection and very flavourful. Paired them with a nice Chardonnay and a Pinot Noire which went really well. Service was amazing there was one person working, and the place was busy but they were just perfect!Would definitely go again when we're back in Revelstoke. Was a really nice dinner and experience. Thanks!

$25 plus tax and tip for soggy bruschetta. Asked for olive oil at what's supposed to be a high-end restaurant and we were charged $2 without warning. For olive oil. The charge was removed, but I'll never go back. Good restaurants don't charge for negligible amounts olive oil. It was a tablespoon.Food: 2/5

Excellent service by Ashton, she helped us in choosing the wine to match our varied taste; each course beautifully displayed and exhibited wonderful taste with the braised beef shank melting in my mouth. No reservation made for a Sunday night and they welcomed us warmly; parking plentiful. Réservez une table maintenant

A real treasure for excellent tasting food with a nice presentation. Small,intimate setting nicely decorated. Friendly service. A very enjoyable dinner spot.

Everything was excellent Cauliflower with cashew cream entree was to die for I asked for extra sauce and they promptly brought me some.
