First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised. Large portions of food, with good flavor. On my first visit I decided to try the Dragon Phoenix which was a combo of General Chicken Shrimp with Vegetables. The to go order was packed full, the lid barely snapped on the container. I ended up eating about 3 times on my order. In addition to the Dragon Phoenix I ordered a bowl of eggdrop and an eggroll. The General chicken was decent, lots of sauce, sticky carmelized to the fried batter. The shrimp with vegetables had a nice assortment of vegetables, tasted fresh and had decent flavor as well. The eggdrop soup had really good flavor, you could tell it was made fresh and had large pieces of eggwhite. The eggroll well crispy, a bit greasy but very tasty. I wouldnt say this place was amazing as far as Chinese restaurants go, but it is definitely a step above any fastfood Chinese place, and better than a majority of the small lesser known Chinese restaurants in San Antonio. I'll be returning to try some more items as I think some of the other items may be even better. My only criticism would be that the shrimp with vegetable was very juicy... and combining it in the same container with the general chicken made the general chicken soggy, and changed the flavor of it.

I would rate my experience more than 3.7 to 4. I ordered the boneless ripening with pork roast rice lunchtime. very delicious! it is difficult to find places that offer boneless ribs. the art with this beautiful reddish, sticky, sweet sauce. that was good, maybe some pieces were a bit harder than I want, but still good. also the porridge was good. I don't think that it's what most people expect when they think typical porridge. this was very fluffy, had a nice taste, not oily at all. but there were so few pieces of blacks and no nice except any wobbles. it went well with the soße out of the ribs. I enjoyed it and would order again. if I was just looking for fried rice, although I probably wouldn't get it here. I just have a picture. when I was almost finished. So please, they know that the part was much bigger. for 7.50 it was just the right order. my soul-cracked bone ribs. my soul is satisfied.

Ordered egg drop soup, sweet and sour chicken, general chicken, chicken fried rice, and cheese crab rangoons. The fried food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The sweet and sour chicken nuggets were the worst. Very greasy with old oil. We couldn?t even eat them. The soup was good and so was everything else. The general chicken was a little tough to chew, but good flavor. Not worth it and won?t go back.

I ordered sesame chicken and pork fried rice. The sesame chicken tasted nothing like sesame chicken, it had almost a garlic aftertaste. The fried rice was almost white in color and had hardly any taste beside the onion in it. It didn't taste or looked straight in comparison to any other fried rice I've ever had. The order was fast and hot.
