Xi'an Famous Food - Réservation de table

Xi’an is home to one of my favourite styles of Chinese cuisine, and I love that it’s so easy to get my hands on in Melbourne. Not all Xi’an restaurants are very veg friendly, but this one has plenty of options. The roujiamo (like a burger) is one of the most popular dishes and comes in a variety of veggie options including egg or potato. It’s a must-try. I also love the “giant” egg and leek dumpling as well as the egg and tomato stew, served over hand-cut noodles. Heads up that when I ordered the noodles for delivery, they were a bit al dente, but everything else was great.

Rougamo is quite average. There are much better options in Carnegie or other places in Caulfield, though I can't recall the name of the one I prefer. The noodle and rice dishes were overly salty. However, the chicken feet were well-prepared and enjoyable.

I usually get the pork and lamb rou jia mo, as well as the spicy hand ripped noodles. The meat is super flavourful and juicy. The seasoning and chilli oil in the noodles is very good too. Réservez une table maintenant

"Yes. Are you really open for 40 minutes? It’s currently 8:30 PM, and Google shows that the gates close at 10:00 PM, but the doors open at 8:30 PM. I arrived 40 minutes early."

The handmade hot oil noodles are amazing. The hot oil has so much flavour and spices..not too hot and the handmade noodles are chewy and spot on.

In the stores, the updates were misleading, and the services were not only incorrect but also of poorer quality than before.
