Y Panaderia Ilobasco

I have always gone to Ilobasco never had a problem I've always thought everything was good to be honest. But yesterday I placed an order for some yuca and chicharron, we wait for like 20 mins and my order arrives . As I was about to mix my curtido I saw that some of the cabbage was different colors . And it was bad . When I let the waiter know all she said was that she was sorry I didn't end up eating the food . When I got the bill I was still charged for the food . When I asked the waiter she said the owner said we still had to pay for it . Her answer to me was that the cabbage turns black if the air hits it . I laughed and decided to pay I wasn't going to argue with someone who doesn't understand that it's not healthy to serve your customer food that is not longer good .

Terrible service by the waitress can’t even give your order due to the high volume of the music that is playing long wait for the order and don’t have the decency of letting you know why the long wait and they have nerve of charging 18percent of gratitude when they have terrible service won’t go back again.
