First time ordering from Yaad Pot. I ordered the Curry Chicken which was delicious. However, that is all that came with the dish. No rice, no cabbage, no plantains. just Curry Chicken. While you can order these as sides...in my experience, at the very least, rice and cabbage are always included with curry/stew and that seemed the same with Yaad based on the pictures on their website and those posted with reviews.The food was really good, but I don't think I'll order from Yaad again, due to the lack of accompaniments.
Really good flavor kind customer service and really quick to get me out the door. I got one large order of oxtail and one small curry chicken, their portions are a good size and you get bang for your buck (also updating my review years later) got their curry goat and oxtail this time. The consistency remained. My DoorDash order arrived still hot and tender. Definitely recommend
The woman at the counter clearly didn’t want to serve me and seemed exhausted from interacting with customers all day. When I asked if the beef patties were made in-house, she outright lied and said they were. I ended up getting Golden Krust! LOL. I won’t be returning. Oh, and the plates were still just as plain as ever.
Me and my fiance went today for the first time i had oxtails he had stewed chicken and omg this food was amazingly good I’m still sitting here looking at the empty plater and prices are great I was a tad bit upset they was out of Mac and cheese but best believe I’ll be back sooner than you think lol thanks for a great

This that slap ya momma food. Oxtails gravy delicious, mac with the gravy on top goes crazy, everything was flavorful and the portions are huge. Medium size is like a large, large is like
I would recommend avoiding the jerk chicken. It does not taste authentic at all; it was disappointing. It's clear they don't have a proper understanding of what jerk chicken should be!
The food wasn’t good, the best thing was my beef pattie and coco bread. Plantains unriped, jerk chicken didn’t taste like jerk chicken. I’ve had way better.
I have to say a definitive NO to this place. It has a terrible smell, and despite that, I decided to give it a shot. I won't be coming back again.

Always good , been coming here for a couple years now the curried goat dinner is amazing
