If you’re a sushi enthusiast, skip this. Dishes lacked flavor, rice was overcooked, fish didn’t seem fresh enough to charge as much as they were. We got 6 pieces of nigiri and 2 rolls for $200 and we left hungry. Did not order a second round and left due to this. It’s a bad sign when everyone around you is eating the cooked food instead of the sushi at a sushi restaurant. Plus service was extremely slow despite tons of waiters around. We spent 2 hours here, even though we had a small order (see above) and no drinks. The food and service were very good , however, the kitchen was very slow. We waited much too long for our entrees to arrive. Our server was very apologetic about the long wait and did everything she could to try to make up for the slow kitchen.
Our waiter helped guide us through the menu as we worked through multiple dishes. The tuna pizza was a standout starter. Service throughout was very professional. And we enjoyed the fresh oysters, filet toban, unagi and many other dishes.
Yellowtail had great vibes, and the service was excellent. However, we did feel it was a bit overpriced, but that’s pretty standard for most things in Vegas. Overall, we had a good time and appreciate the experience. Thank you!

When we arrivedThere was no wait on a table, so we were seated right awayIt was cold outside so the patio was closed.
Accommodating. Small plates, bit pricey for portions. Good place to meet up with coworkers if company is paying. Service was okay. Fun atmosphere

As usual we had a marvelous time enjoying good food and a great table on the patio. This is our go to place for our trips to Vegas
