Had breakfast here while staying at the Mantra and it looked great but had no flavor. Requested gluten free bread and got the crusts...very poor. Then there was the coffee. Oh my goodness it was burnt and truly the worst coffee I've ever had, so I asked them to remake it and it still wasn't drinkable. The staff were pleasant and obliging but just had no idea about producing even average food and drink, so don't waste your money coming here.
Quaint little cafe located at the lobby of the Mantra Esplanade where we were staying. Opens at 6.30am, it's the best place to have a quick or early breakfast before we set off on various tours, You prob could find cheaper fare elsewhere but the food and coffee are decent and the service by the young ladies are usually fast and efficient.
Yis. A small café with seating inside and outside under umbrellas. Location between reception at Mantra Esplanade and back entry to the Court House Hotel. A very pleasant setting, open for breakfast and lunch or coffee's. Very friendly Japanese girls running the café and all food is freshly prepared and very good. Good coffee as well.
Had breakfast here while staying at the mantra. Service was fine. Eggs Benedict for breakfast was overcooked and unappetising, bread was soggy, and plate was covered with dried parsley. They really need to work on their preparation. Won't be coming back. Réservez une table maintenant
We went for lunch on Friday and it was so good we went again on Saturday! The home made dumplings are seriously the best and the beef patty club sandwich is terrific! We highly recommend it! Friendly staff, great service!
Enjoyed a breakfast there. They seemed a bit overworked and it took a full 30 mins to get food. Also tables weren't being cleaned in a timely manner when people left. Perhaps if one is in a hurry order simple choices.
Our experience here was great, from customer service to the food itself. The women working here were lovely and friendly and we really enjoyed the food. If we go back to Cairns we will come back here.
