When I asked the cashier if I could switch flavors, she went to the back to get Ari. Unfortunately, Ari came out with a really poor attitude. I explained that I always get this flavor and that it tasted different today. She went to sample a flavor but ended up trying the vanilla ice cream, which wasn't what I picked. When I pointed this out, she casually mentioned that the flavors had been switched. I’m not sure what she meant by that, but if it’s true, it’s still not the customer’s fault that the flavor was changed without proper labeling above the machine. Disgusting!! I am writing a second review because apparently my first review was reported by the business for being a competitor so I will clear up that I am a regular customer and in no way am associated to this location or any other location that may be in competition to this place. I have had multiple experiences with this location and all have been very bad. The place has been dirty with yogurt dripping off the machines, the owner is rude and the counters have been dirty with topping. This was my first time in a yogurtland, but thankfully for the employees I had no trouble steering through their selections. A special employee, Maryna, helped me with my choices. She advised me which ones were the most picked my other customers. I ended up getting plain tart with blueberries and granola. Thee best yogurt I've ever had. I'm not going to lie, these reviews did scare me a little bit. But when I walked in it was very clean. And the employees were very professional. Their customer service was amazing. One of the few noteworthy aspects of this restaurant is the untidy counters and machines. When we asked one of the staff if they could clean the machines, their response was, “There are too many customers for us to clean it. What do you want me to do?” It’s disappointing to see employees who don’t seem to care about health standards, especially when they have long nails. According to Health and Safety Code § 113973, cleanliness in a restaurant should be a top priority, particularly for paying customers. This restaurant is in a fantastic location. Although it's still relatively new, everything functions smoothly. They offer an impressive selection of toppings and seasonal flavors. The whole place is spotless, including the restrooms. I visited during their opening week promotions on BOGO day, which was perfect because I got to try both a pumpkin pie and pecan praline cup, along with a cranberry raspberry tart and a fruit cup. Yes, I indulged in both!

I understand that there can be family emergencies, and I hope that was the situation here. However, it would have been better if she had asked one of her coworkers, who was nearby and appeared to be cleaning, to take over briefly while she handled her call. It’s frustrating to have someone not focused on their job in a busy environment.

Pretty standard yogurtland. Only complaint is that they really shouldn't let kids serve themselves. They are very messy and the kids are not very sanitary with the scoops, sometimes even grabbing the food with their hand. Maybe a sign that only adults can serve ? Yea takes your craving away

Located in the Renaissance Marketplace. My family wanted to get dessert after dinner. They love yogurt. The prices here are reasonable and there's no weigh Wednesdays, where you pay $7.99 for any size and weight. Our family picked out their favorites and we enjoyed our dessert. The store look great and clean ! Employee's were kind and sweet and did help out a lot ! Truly don't understand why people leave so many bad reviews !??
