The management should ensure that their employees have enough food available until the stated closing time, or they should close earlier. I rushed to get here before 10:20, only to find that when I arrived at 10:00, they said they were out of food. They claimed they were "nearby" and hadn’t bothered to prepare more. It felt like they were just being lazy. If they can’t serve food until the official closing time, then they should consider closing half an hour earlier.
This place needs new staff. I have been here 4 times and each time the wait is excessive. They have the music on so loud customers are yelling their order. And it seems everyone is new since they seem to not know what?s going on. Hence the delay. I even tried ordering online and my order was completely incorrect. When I called the boy on the phone was just saying yeah yeah I see they messed up. Sorry.
What is there to say? Order is always correct, fast and friendly service, and tastes as it should. I wish when requesting extra grilled onions, the onions were actually grilled because they?re usually more on the raw side. This location can fill up, but food it usually ready quickly. I greatly enjoy their app and plentiful amount of coupons you can add to the app.
It's pretty good bang for your buck. They usually have coupons that you can find in local ads. A large is usually enough for me and a combo I can save some for a snack or lunch the next day. Overall the food tastes pretty good food a fast food place. They have a flan for dessert which is amazing! The people working were friendly an the service was quick.
Management have your employees have Enough food till the time its say they close or close earlier I get off work im rushing it to get here b4 1020 get here at 10 and they tell we're close we don't have food grow some and say we're lazy and didn't cook more food and were not cook more so whe close 1/2 earlier ok
