Yoshinoya West Covina

I went to this location on 7/27/2022 at approximately 9:00pm. There were only THREE employees working (one appeared to be inexperienced and were clearly overwhelmed with the amount of orders (pick-up, dine-in, etc. . No joke, about 5-7 people were waiting to either have their orders taken or for their food to be ready. We didn't mind waiting but it took almost 30 mins for our food to be ready and this is supposed to be a fast food/quick service joint. Yiiikkkeess. Wonder if corporate is cool with that wait time? Management MUST hire more workers or schedule more people because those poor employees were struggling to keep up with the demand. It's not the employees fault as they were trying bu...

It is the worst service of business of yoshinoya. I ordered XL combo includes vegetables, but it did not included inside. Also, the service did not give me fork, spoon, soy sauce, chili, ginger or napkins. Do they want to save it? I would not recommend this location.

Decent place. Last time I went, quality of food was meh. But most of the time it's good. Idk why they've put less meat and rice in the bowls....they acting like the food comes out of their pay check

Disappointed that on the day I was there they ran out of udon noodles and the staff tried to pass some phony excuse. They weren't very accommodating with the inconvenience.

I am concerned that a clean in good conditions toilet.
