Excellent sushi eatery. Sushi is genuinely top notch; authentic, fresh and expertly made by the Japanese sushi chef there. Great variation of fish too, unlike the sushi hub franchises which are not authentic to me Beef tataki is wonderfully marbled and melts in your mouth. Gyoza is exceptional too. I have not been disappointed. Chef will even adjust the menu (platter and other dishes) to suit your tastes. I am a traditionalist and do not like mayonnaise on my sushi or cooked tuna rolls. He was very accommodating and left the mayonnaise and yuzu off it and he replaced the cooked tuna rolls with raw salmon rolls I have come back again and again. AK and I have been complaining for a while about the lack of a good Japanese restaurant in South Western Sydney. After a lot of searching, we recently started turning reluctantly to Hero Sushi in Wetherill Park Stocklands for our sushi fix as it’s been the only half-decent sushi train in the area we’ve come across. But we knew we couldn't depend on it in the long run, so we continued on our search We noticed when Yukiguni first opened in Cabramatta, but didn't have high hopes for it (as experience has proven). Although Yukiguni may not look like much from the outside, inside hides a great sushi train in South Western Sydney. There's a great variety in the dishes that's available and with any plate for $3.30, it's a bargain. The chef takes time and effort to make sure the dish you've ordered is well presented I have been here on many occasions and the quality of food has been consistent each time. I highly recommend the scallop conveyor and the wagyu beef it's my absolute favourite Calvin (the chef) and the waitress are always welcoming and friendly, making it a pleasant experience each time I come here Would highly recommend anyone who is in the area that's after good sushi to visit!
I presented the loyalty card when paying $15 spent per stamp), was told they no longer does it. I already have 3 stamp and made 2 with this meal, just enough to get a can of coke/sprite. So I said asked if I can just get a can my my kids and you can rip it up. Waitress replied you can do the final redeem BUT only on next time!? What's the big deal for just a can, especially I won't want to go through the oh we don't do the card anymore Not to mention the sushi isn't as good as it used to be and parking always a nightmare. Won't bother next time, plenty other sushi train I can try.

yukiguni is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in western sydney. it may look like an ordinary sushi train restaurant, but it is more than usual to order your sushi and is 100% fresh. my friend and I ordered tempura garnel and soft bowls crab roll and it was still hot when served. the heat kept the juices of the seafood, making it more delightful than ever my other favorites contain the wagyu nigiri and grilled aal nigiri. the chef has ordered them for me and they were delicious! the chef and the waiting staff were all very nice. come back definitiw!
One of my fav Japanese Restaurant in my area, love the food love the service. And their seafood u can just taste how fresh they are by how sweet it taste. The Only place where i can satisfy my Octopus Squid Craving, And just love how we end up eating the whole shop and only pay 60 80 bucks where other places u will be paying 100 By the way i recommend the Grilled Wagyu Beef and Grilled Salmon Belly, The Grill Salmon Belly is not in menu and its one of those secret menus where u have to ask them. Trust me it will just melt away in ur mouth.
Very happy that I've tried this place because it means I won't have to trek far for a good sushi train now! Good variety of dishes for a non-fish eater, karage sushi roll was delicious and unique topped with a creamy mayo salad that was slightly torched, made to order. The soft shell crab was really crispy and light! I will definitely be back especially at the great price of $3.30 a plate everyday! Note: Cash only.
this little jewel is a destiny to visit. with chefs of gou sushi in surry hills they know that eating is going well. best they have bought these fantastic cheese spring rolls on their menu! service is good and the price is also quite good. the food was made fresh and it was a joy that our sushi was also made fresh as the tempura was still hot.

after each order, the food was fresh and hot. the sushi train had a nice choice during late lunch too. the chef was very nice and interaktiw, service was good, but I can not speak for busy times. lobster dick and bark sushi were the highlights. next I want to try wagyu hotpot, ram, scampi and lychee ice cream
good quality and very cheap. special today was otoro 2 piece for $6.5 was delicious and the chef is very friendly. had spoken a lot with him and he made suggestions to add to the sushi (e.g. Yuzu juice to the otoro that was great). good variety of seafood also
